Our apps are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided data, contact us to remove it.

Sharing with OOE

Information submitted through support requests may be shared with the Organization of Exonerees solely to coordinate and fulfill assistance. OOE is bound by its own privacy practices when handling this information.

Voice Biometric Data

The Voice Registry feature captures and processes voice recordings to identify enrolled individuals. By using this feature, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Voice recordings are stored locally on your device within the app's secure sandbox. Enrolled audio files remain on your device and are never uploaded to any server.
• During identification, audio clips are temporarily transmitted to a ProCarn Solutions server solely for voice comparison processing. Audio is converted, compared, and immediately deleted after each request. No voice data is stored or retained on ProCarn Solutions servers at any time. All transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS.
• Enrolled person names are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to any server.
• You are responsible for obtaining consent from any individuals whose voices you enroll in the app before recording them.
• You can delete any enrolled voice profile at any time from within the app, which permanently removes the audio file from your device.
• The app requests microphone access only when actively recording. You may revoke microphone permission at any time in your device settings.

Retention of Voice Data

Enrolled voice profiles and names are stored locally on your device and retained until you delete them within the app or uninstall the app. Audio transmitted for identification processing is deleted immediately after each request. ProCarn Solutions does not store, retain, or have access to copies of your voice data.

Security of Voice Data

Audio transmitted for voice comparison is protected via HTTPS encryption and processed on a ProCarn Solutions server running an on-device voice recognition model. Local voice profiles are stored within your device's secure app sandbox and are not accessible to other apps.
